Service delivery & location
All sessions are held virtually. We are licensed to provide therapy sessions to anyone who resides in the state of Illinois, & coaching sessions to anyone in the US. Our services are available to adults that are current foster or adoptive parents, that are in the process of becoming licensed, or that are just considering foster care or adoption. We do not provide services to children or families at this time.
Treatment modality
Therapy sessions are provided with a framework based in cognitive behavioral therapy. Both therapeutic & coaching sessions can include psychoeducation, “homework assignments,” assistance with navigating the Illinois child welfare system, resource discovery, & more.
Cost
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL & Cigna/Evernorth at this time. Insurance coverage may be utilized for individual or couples therapy. Insurance does not cover the cost of coaching services, therefore those sessions are private pay. Please contact us via the form on this website to discuss pricing for coaching sessions.
